Warm up: Obstacle course - front rolls, lunges, hurdles, broad jumps, planks walks, bench step ups, sprints

 

Skill: Squats​

WOD:

Amrap 8 minutes

8 Wall balls

8 Bench step ups/bench jumps

8 Lateral hops

2 Forward rolls

 

Game: Fitness dodgeball – If you are hit, you move to the side and complete 10 squats to return to the game. If you catch someone’s ball, they must do the 10 squats.

Skill: Deadlift

30 skips

10 squats

1 rope climb
